I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in jumping down a rabbit hole with me to read the Wisdom-ful words of Thich Nhat Hanh.
Mind Heart Align is a mindfulness-based book club. Each session lasts an hour and commences with a meditation before delving into reading a chapter of the book a week - One Buddha is Not Enough A Story of Collective Awakening. It will take nine weeks to finish the book then together we will choose the next title to explore.
Session times are listed below and will be at 4/29 Miles Street (Daisy Cross' Space) and online via Zoom.
A $5 donation each session would be welcome to assist with the amenities if you are at the location in Queensland.
